EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The Exhibitor Program for  the 2020 AFCA Leadership Summit will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the Westmark Baranof Hotel, Juneau, AK. *Exhibitors can begin set up at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4th and again at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5th. The Vendor Show/Luncheon will be open to exhibitors and attendees in the exhibitor area this same day. AFCA strives to create the best interactive experience for both the attendee and exhibitor. Exhibitors will be notified of any improvements or changes to this program.

5:00 p.m. –6:00 p.m. – Exhibitor Move-In

6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Networking Event with Attendees (Amalga Distillery).

Wednesday, February 5, 2019

7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. – Exhibitor Move-In

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Exhibits Open

11:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Lunch with Attendees in Exhibit Area

6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Hosted Reception with Exhibitors and Legislators

8:00 p.m. – Exhibits Close

8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. - Exhibitor Move-Out

DOOR PRIZE DONATIONS

If you would like to donate an item for the door prize drawing we will collect it at the close of the vendor show during "Exhibitor Move-Out" time please attach a business card to each item donated.

We will use an "Accountability Board" again this year which will require attendees to visit each vendor table in order to be eligible for the door prize drawing which will take place during the morning welcome and opening comments on Thursday morning, the day after the vendor show.

LOGO/ARTWORK

We request that all sponsors/vendors provide company logo/artwork for use in the program, sponsor events, etc. to allow us adequate time for preparation of event materials please email digital logo/artwork files to abnerh@ktn-ak.us no later than January 15, 2020.

If your sponsorship includes a Web Tile please also let us know in the body of the email the website address the tile should link to, and the POC Name, email address, and phone number to display on the tile.
